Thirty-one people associated with the Tokyo 2020 Paralympics have tested positive for COVID-19, including two foreign athletes, bringing the total number to 131 since the first case was reported on August 12, the Tokyo Organizing Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games said on Sunday.
