U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris is scheduled to meet Singapore's President Halimah Yacob and Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong. Harris is the highest-level official in Biden's administration to visit Southeast Asia so far. Secretary of State Antony Blinken attended the East Asia Summit Foreign Ministers' Meeting via video link earlier this month. Washington says it's looking to revitalize partnerships.
