Russian President Vladimir Putin and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi have exchanged views on the situation in Afghanistan in a telephone conversation, the Kremlin said on Tuesday.
The two leaders agreed to establish a permanent channel for bilateral consultations on Afghan developments, it added.
