Chinese President Xi Jinping on Monday stressed carrying forward the Saihanba spirit and promoting high-quality development. He made the remarks when he visited the Saihanba Forest Farm in north China's Hebei Province. Saihanba has become a symbol of the Chinese spirit of hard work and a vivid example of eco-civilization.
