Chairmen from different foreign chambers of commerce in Hong Kong expressed their confidence in China's 14th Five-Year Plan (FYP) after a high-level seminar on the FYP on Monday. The meeting was attended by officials from the central government who explained how the blueprint for development could benefit Hong Kong.
