Afghanistan wants to build good relations with its neighbors and other countries on the basis of mutual respect and mutual interest, said Taliban spokesperson Suhail Shaheen in an exclusive interview with CGTN anchor Beatrice Marshall on Monday. He noted that Afghanistan needs cooperation and investment from foreign countries especially in sectors like natural resources.
