Fire breaks out in apartment building in NE China's Liaoning Province

A fire broke out in a high-rise apartment building that is home to over 800 residents at 4 p.m. in Northeast China's Liaoning Province. More than 30 fire trucks and 100 ambulance personnel arrived at the scene within three hours. No deaths or trapped persons were reported as of 7 p.m. on August 27.
