During our trip to southwest China's Sichuan Province, host Ge Ning talked to two celebrities on China's popular video-sharing platform Douyin. The Chanzi Cousins have gained over 7 million fans on Douyin by publishing short videos of themselves finding various foods in their hometown of Leshan City – a place with wonderful natural sceneries – and making them into tasty dishes.

The Chanzi Cousins are not alone in their city: together with a group of online celebrities that have also made a name for themselves by filming Leshan's food, they have contributed to the local economy there. That's why we also talked to Liu Yuan, the head of the city's online celebrity incubation program, to get his insight on the so-called "online celebrity economy" and what experts like him are doing to propel and manage it.

(Please note that the fish used in the video was bought and prepared in advance for the show due to a fishing ban still in effect by the time the video was shot as well as environmental protection concerns.)
