Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez on Saturday accused the U.S. of "irresponsible and unacceptable" political manipulation in trying to blame China for the origins of COVID-19.
In a tweet, the foreign minister said the U.S. was using lies to try to achieve its political goals.
