If there is a brain drain in Afghanistan, then it will take years to return to the normal situation, said Fazlul Qahir Qazi, a professor at Salaam University of Kabul, in an interview with CGTN. He also noted that the international community and other countries should help Afghanistan to prevent brain drain.
