A rainbow recently appeared over the renowned Hukou Waterfall in north China's Shanxi Province.

The waterfall is located at the intersection of the Yellow River and the Jinshan Grand Canyon. The width of the waterfall changes with season; it is usually about 30 meters but increases to 50 meters during flood season.

Also in Shanxi Province, a river bend nearly 8 kilometers long in Majiapan Village of Shilou County is providing mesmerizing views along the Yellow River, attracting many tourists.
