U.S. President Joe Biden Tuesday signed a bill, to provide aid for American civilians returning from Afghanistan, into law.

The "Emergency Repatriation Assistance for Returning Americans Act" provides $10 million in emergency funds per year this year and next, to help returning Americans with basic necessities as they adjust to life back home.
