U.S. Special Presidential Envoy for Climate John Kerry is in China to meet with Xie Zhenhua, China's special envoy for climate change affairs. Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Wang Wenbin said at a regular press conference on September 1 that China and the U.S. can cooperate in the fight against climate change despite their differences.
