The Ministry of Commerce said it supports China's Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) to join the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP). Wang Wentao, minister of commerce, delivered the message via video to the Belt and Road Summit held in Hong Kong on September 1.
