Expert: China-U.S. cooperation key for reaching global climate targets
U.S. climate envoy John Kerry is visiting China. His stay will last till Friday. Kerry will meet with his Chinese counterpart Xie Zhenhua in the city of Tianjin. They will discuss cooperation on cutting carbon emissions and support for fossil fuels. Shen Yiyang, a senior energy consultant for the Asian Development Bank, shares his insights with CGTN.
