Malala: Speaking out for women

Malala Yousafzai is a Pakistani activist for female education and a Nobel Peace Prize laureate. When the Pakistani Taliban banned girls’ education, she spoke out against them. Malala was later shot in the head, neck and shoulder. But she survived and had gone on her mission to speak out for women. Malala shared with CGTN host Tian Wei her life story.
