Sher Mohammad Abbas Stanekzai, the head of the Taliban's Political Office in Qatar's capital Doha met with Dutch Director General for Political Affairs Thijs van der Plas on Wednesday, Muhammad Naeem, a spokesman for the office said via Twitter.

Both sides discussed the current situation in Afghanistan and humanitarian assistance to the Afghan people as well as full cooperation in this regard, according to Muhammad Naeem.
