What has happened in Afghanistan for at least the last two decades is a "flagrant violation of human rights," said Iran's President Ebrahim Raisi on Wednesday at a cabinet meeting, official news agency IRNA reported.

The experience has proved that the U.S. presence in different countries and regions of the world has never brought security, but is detrimental to world peace, security and stability, he added.
