Afghanistan to resume domestic flights start from Friday, and external flights will take time, Al Jazeera reported Thursday, citing the head of the Afghan Aviation Authority. 

The Afghan Aviation Authority has asked for Qatar Air transportation assistance and is ready to enter into partnership agreements, according to the report.
