A burial ceremony was held on Friday in Shenyang, northeast China's Liaoning Province, for 109 Chinese People's Volunteers (CPV) martyrs, who fought in the War to Resist U.S. Aggression and Aid Korea. This was the eighth group of remains to be returned to China since Beijing and Seoul signed a repatriation agreement in 2014. South Korea has so far returned the remains of 825 CPV martyrs killed in the Korean War.
