Fifteen people have died and one has been injured after a heavy hauler collided with a truck in the city of Qitaihe, northeast China's Heilongjiang Province on Saturday morning, according to local authorities.
The Ministry of Public Security has sent a working team to guide the investigation and handling of the accident. Efforts to treat the injured, investigate the accident and deal with the aftermath are ongoing.
