Russia is holding its annual Eastern Economic Forum in the city of Vladivostok. The forum began on Thursday and runs through Saturday. The theme is "New Opportunities for the Far East in a Changed World." President Vladimir Putin said Russia is investing in infrastructure to develop an Arctic shipping lane called the Northern Sea Route.
