Jasmine is the flower of Fuzhou City, southeast China's Fujian Province. The city has planted jasmine for over 2,000 years, and jasmine tea-making is listed as an intangible cultural heritage. To keep the original taste of the flowers, tea processors select the best flower buds and mix them with green tea, and the taste is greatly enhanced. Join CGTN's Tides of Change Part II to take a closer look at how jasmine tea is made.
