Every hour, 26 Africans die of COVID-19 in the continent's third wave of infections, according to World Health Organization's Africa Director Matshidiso Moeti. The organization has warned that Africa is likely to miss the global goal of vaccinating the most vulnerable 10 percent of every country's population against COVID-19 by the end of September.
