Taliban, resistance forces continue to fight in Panjshir

The Taliban say they have seized four of seven districts in the Panjshir Valley. But opposition forces say they've surrounded thousands of Taliban fighters in one area. Meanwhile, at least 17 people were reportedly killed by celebratory gunfire in Kabul after false reports claimed the Taliban had taken over Panjshir.
