Military officers, who attempted to stage a coup in Guinea's capital, announced a nationwide curfew on Sunday "until further notice" and the replacement of regional governors by the military.
Calling themselves the National Rally and Development Committee, the officers said the curfew is implemented from 8 p.m., nationwide.
Outgoing ministers and heads of institutions were invited to a meeting on Monday morning in parliament, the officers said in a statement read on the state broadcaster.
