A new Afghan government will be announced in the next few days and it may serve in a caretaker capacity, a Taliban spokesman said on Monday.
At a press conference, Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid also confirmed that former Vice President Amrullah Saleh has left Afghanistan for Tajikistan.
