China has issued a plan for further developing the Shenzhen-Hong Kong cooperation zone. Liu Zhiqin, a senior researcher at Chongyang Institute for Financial Studies, Renmin University of China, shared her insights, noting that the new plan shows the Chinese government's determination in further opening up and aims to safeguard Hong Kong, Guangzhou and Macao's role as financial hubs.
