Mullah Yaqoob will be the acting defense minister, Sarajuddin haqqani will be the acting interior minister, Abas Stanikzai will be the acting deputy foreign minister, and Amir Khan Muttaqi will be the acting foreign minister, Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid said on Tuesday at a press conference.
