Mullah Neda Mohammad, Taliban-appointed governor of Afghanistan's Nangarhar Province, said on Monday that they had arrested around 80 ISIS members since taking control of provincial capital Jalalabad, local media reported.

He held ISIS responsible for some of the deadliest attacks in Afghanistan in recent years, which killed civilians in mosques, public squares and even hospitals.
