At the beginning of September, the New Development Bank announced to welcome the United Arab Emirates, Uruguay, and Bangladesh as new members. In late September, the bank will move to its new building in Shanghai's World Expo Park. The New Development Bank was founded by the BRICS nations (Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa) in 2015 and is the first international organization headquartered in Shanghai.
