Chinese State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi on Wednesday attended the foreign ministers' meeting on the Afghan issue with his counterparts from Pakistan, Iran, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan – the neighboring countries of Afghanistan. Wang Yi urged the acting Afghan government to keep its promises to gain international recognition.
