Chinese President Xi Jinping says the recent U.S. policies towards China have strained bilateral relations and that's not in the interest of the peoples of the two countries or the world. He made the comment in a phone conversation with his American counterpart Joe Biden on September 10th. CGTN reporter Cui Hui'ao has the latest in Beijing.
