Lavrov, Qatar's top diplomat discuss situation in Afghanistan

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov met with visiting Qatari counterpart Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani on Saturday in Moscow.

At a press conference following the meeting, Lavrov called for the joint efforts of international community to solve the refugee issue in Afghanistan.
