China battles online game addiction among minors

At the beginning of September, China implemented new rules to further prevent gaming addiction among children by slashing the time they can spend playing online video games to only three hours per week.

Will the new rule really help? Who will implement it? And why has the government felt it necessary to step in to help battle game addiction?
