A Taliban spokesman denied the allegation that the group is harboring al-Qaeda top figure Ayman al-Zawahiri in Afghanistan, reported Sputnik on Monday.

Michael Morell, former CIA deputy director between 2011 and 2013, said in an interview on September 12 that the U.S. intelligence believes Ayman al-Zawahiri is living in Afghanistan.
