All provincial long-distance passenger bus services in Xiamen, southeast China's Fujian Province, were suspended on Tuesday to stem the spread of COVID-19, according to local authorities.
Xiamen confirmed 12 locally transmitted COVID-19 cases from Sunday to 6 p.m. on Monday. All the patients are under treatment at a designated hospital and in stable condition.
