Al-Qaeda may be able to reconstitute itself in Afghanistan and be capable of orchestrating attacks inside the U.S. in one to two years, Bloomberg reported on Tuesday, citing the director of the Defense Intelligence Agency Lieutenant General Scott Berrier.
