The center for disease control and prevention of Fujian Province has finished the viral genome sequencing of 56 positive COVID-19 cases and founded all of them were linked to Delta variant, the local authorities said at a press conference on Friday.

Since the latest outbreak started on September 10, the province has reported 263 confirmed cases and nine asymptomatic cases.
