Kenya has received 200,000 doses of Sinopharm's COVID-19 vaccine from China to boost its fight against the virus. The donation arrived at Nairobi's international airport. Susan Mochache, principal secretary of Kenya's Ministry of Health, said the jabs are the first batch of vaccines donated by China, a testament to the warm relations between the two countries.
