The ongoing COVID-19 outbreak in Xiamen City, east China's Fujian Province, originated from outside of the city, and a completed genomic sequencing of 28 positive samples has shown they're caused by the Delta variant and belong to the same transmission chain. 

Xiamen as of Saturday has logged 131 confirmed cases in the new outbreak, local officials said at a press conference on Sunday.
