Russian security forces have shot and wounded a student who killed at least eight people at a university in the city of Perm. Footage from the scene showed students jumping from windows to escape the student after he opened fire in the university. Some built barricades out of chairs to stop the shooter from entering their classrooms. Media identified the gunman as an 18-year-old student who had posted a social media photo of himself posing with a rifle, helmet and ammunition.
