1 dead, 2 missing after ships collide in east China

A fishing boat sank Wednesday after colliding with a Panamanian freighter, leaving one dead and two missing off the waters of Zhoushan in east China's Zhejiang Province.

There were seven onboard the fishing vessel when the accident happened at 7:10 p.m., and four were rescued.

Rescue operations are underway.
