Australia's Victoria state registered over 760 new infections on Thursday, the highest daily number since the coronavirus pandemic began. However, Melbourne is about to ease lockdown once 70 percent of adults are fully vaccinated, which is expected to happen in October. CGTN's Greg Navarro has the latest from Sydney.
