Russia's state space corporation Roscosmos on Thursday announced a tender to study issues in organizing a manned flight to the moon, Russia's RIA Novosti news agency reported.

For the first time, Roskosmos indicated in its official documents that Russia will use the Angara rocket and a small transport ship for its first manned flights to the moon.
