After nearly three years of detention in Canada, Huawei Technologies CFO Meng Wanzhou is flying from Vancouver back to China on a charter flight arranged by the Chinese government. She is expected to arrive in Shenzhen on Saturday night. Locals have been waiting for Meng at the airport to welcome her home.
