A ceremony was held in Beijing on Monday to open the re-entry capsule of the Shenzhou-12 spacecraft.
Representatives from several research institutes witnessed the items being taken out from the capsule. These items were loaded inside the capsule when it began its space odyssey.
About 100 people have attended the event. Shenzhou-12 spacecraft was sent to space in June for a 3-month trip carrying three astronauts, a significant step of China's construction for its space station.
The items included equipment for science education experiments and crop seeds. National flags of Pakistan and Namibia sent to the space were retrieved and handed over to the representatives from both countries present during the ceremony.
Shenzhou-12 mission completed over 10 projects such as space breeding and space bio-experiment. As a tradition, each Shenzhou spacecraft mission consists of projects benefiting science research development or promoting public welfare.
