Calling the peace in Libya now "hard won," Chinese State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi on Friday said he hopes all Libyan parties can overcome disruptions and difficulties, and advance the political settlement process.

Wang made the remarks while speaking to President of the Libyan Presidency Council Mohammad Younes Menfi in a phone conversation.
