Afghanistan's interim government is dealing with salary issue of civil servants, said Abdul Salam Hanafi, acting deputy prime minister, on Wednesday.  

At a press conference, the official promised that salary of the civil servants would be completely paid.

The interim government has launched a committee to tackle the economic issue the country faces, he said, adding that the problem of currency exchange is expected to be solved.

"We are working on a strategy plan and we did some measures," said the official, calling on businessmen in the country to participate in the nation's construction. 

He also said they are in contact with neighboring countries including Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan on infrastructure construction.
