On September 30, Xi'an Symphony Orchestra (XSO) performs for big crowds at the Dayan Pagoda Square in Xi'an, capital of northwestern China's Shaanxi Province. Tan Dun, the world-renowned artist and UNESCO Global Goodwill Ambassador, is joined by other artists to feast listeners' ears.

The annual outdoor performance is one of the ways that XSO nourishes the city with music, which attracts tens of thousands of people and infuses the city with the charm of music.
